Return, REFUND, & EXCHANGES Policy

Here at FireBomb® we take great pride in our products and always strive for the best quality. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with our merchandise, we will, to the best of our abilities, accommodate your needs.

Returns 

• We only accept returns of items that were purchased directly from www.firebomb.com.  Any products purchased on other sites, please return them to the original place of purchase
• Product(s) must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging with all components (I.e. instructions, parts, and accessories)
• Original proof of purchase is needed for items to be eligible for return 
• All merchandise can be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase
• For shipment of returns, once approved, the instructions are as follows:

1. Place and send back item(s), with original packaging and components,  in a sturdy box
2. Print the return packing slip that will be provided and place inside the box
3. Remove any labels that may be attached to the outside of the box; affix the shipping label that will be provided to the                           package, and take it to your local UPS office
4. Please supply us with the tracking number and proof of mailing once available

Refunds and Exchanges

• Any and all refunds are applied to the original payment method used for purchase
• Refunded amount, if any, is only for the purchase price of the item(s) plus sales taxes. Any shipping or processing fees are non-refundable
• Original proof of purchase is needed for items to be eligible for refunds
•  Any and all refunds will be provided when FireBomb ®  has received the item and has determined it is eligible for a refund
• Once a refund is issued, it can take additional time for your financial institution to return funds to your account
• Exchanges of any of our products are only available as long as supplies last. If the item(s) is sold out when the return is processed, a refund will be issued instead and applied to the original payment method

It may take a minimum of 30 days for us to receive and process your request once received. If any additional information is needed, we will notify you through email.
